01Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected on this website is:
- DLEVER CONSULTORÍA DIGITAL, S.L., Tax ID (NIF) B04964607
- Calle Isabel La Católica 19, 28013, Madrid, Spain
- Email for any matter related to your data: dlever@dlever.es
- Phone: 910 28 03 10
This policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). For users resident in Andorra, Andorra's Llei 29/2021, of October 28, on the protection of personal data (LQPD) also applies.
02What data we collect and where
The data you provide when you use one of the forms on the website, the data your browser stores so that the website works, and the measurement data described at the end of the list. We do not buy data or obtain it from other sources.
- Visit request: name, company, job title, phone, email, the address of your offices and, if you wish, a description of what you would like us to see.
- Write to us (quick contact): the problems you select, your message, the channel through which you prefer us to reply (WhatsApp, call or email), name, company, email and, if you choose WhatsApp or a call, your phone number.
- Resources tools (Propose, Prioritize and Estimate): the answers you give us and the contact details you leave to receive the full result (name, email and, if you wish, company and phone). What the tool shows you on screen is calculated in your browser and is not sent to us until you click “Send”.
- Client area: not active at present. The sign-in form does not send or store the email address or the code entered in it.
- Measurement with Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies: the pages you visit, how you reach the website, your type of device and browser and your approximate location (country and city; Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address), linked to a random cookie identifier. Never your name, your email or what you type in the forms.
- Measurement with Hotjar, only if you accept analytics cookies: clicks, mouse movements and scrolling on the pages, your type of device and your approximate location, linked to a random identifier. What you type in the forms is always hidden.
- Vercel's aggregate measurement, without cookies: page views, where visits come from and loading times, as overall figures that do not identify you.
The required fields of each form are marked, and without them we cannot handle your request. Please do not include special categories of data in your messages, or third-party data without their permission.
03What we use it for
- To handle your request: to reply to you through the channel you have chosen, to arrange the visit to your offices and to send you the result of the tool you have used, reviewed first by a consultant.
- To prepare a proposal, if you ask us for one after the visit or the contact.
- To maintain the relationship with clients who engage a service, under the terms of their contract.
- To write to you about services similar to the ones you have engaged, if you are already a client. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not send commercial communications to anyone who is not a client unless they have expressly asked for them.
- To measure how the website is used with Google Analytics 4: how many visits it receives, where they come from, what is read and which forms are sent, in order to improve its content. Only if you accept analytics cookies.
- To see where a page gets stuck with Hotjar, using heatmaps and browsing recordings, in order to fix it. Only if you accept analytics cookies.
- To know how many visits the website receives and how fast it loads, with Vercel's aggregate measurement.
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you: the guidance from the tools is always reviewed by a person before it is sent to you.
04Legal basis for processing
- Visit request, contact and tools: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a)).
- Relationship with clients: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Commercial communications to clients, about services similar to the ones they have engaged: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 21.2 of Spain's LSSI-CE). You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Google Analytics 4: your consent, when you accept analytics cookies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 LSSI-CE), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting processing carried out before.
- Hotjar: your consent, when you accept analytics cookies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 LSSI-CE), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting processing carried out before.
- Vercel's aggregate measurement: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and how it performs (Article 6(1)(f)), with overall figures that do not identify you and store nothing in your browser.
05How long we keep it
- If no relationship follows: the data from a request or a contact is kept for as long as necessary to handle it and, at most, for as long as the commercial conversation lasts. It is then deleted.
- If you become a client: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by the applicable legislation (for example, tax and commercial law) and those needed to address any potential liability.
- Commercial communications to clients: for as long as the relationship lasts or until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only what is needed not to write to you again.
- Google Analytics 4: browsing data linked to your identifier, fourteen months; it is then deleted and only overall figures remain.
- Hotjar: recordings and heatmaps, for up to one year.
You may ask us to delete it earlier at any time, unless the law requires us to keep it.
06Who else processes it
We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. To provide the service, we rely on providers that process it on our behalf, as processors, under the corresponding contract:
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Resend: sending the emails generated by the forms (the notification to dlever and the confirmation to you).
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4): measuring how the website is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Hotjar Ltd.: heatmaps and browsing recordings, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Vercel Inc. (Web Analytics and Speed Insights): aggregate visit counts and loading-speed measurement, without cookies.
If you choose for us to reply by WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on that service, owned by Meta, under its own terms.
Some of these providers have their headquarters or servers outside the European Economic Area. Where there is an international data transfer, it relies on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR: adequacy decisions of the European Commission, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses.
07Your rights
At any time, and free of charge, you may exercise your rights of:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure: to ask us to delete it.
- Objection and restriction: for us to stop processing it or only keep it. In particular, you may object at any time to receiving commercial communications, with the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to us.
- Portability: to receive it in a structured format.
- Withdrawal of the consent you have given, without affecting processing carried out before. For analytics cookies, from Cookie settings in the footer.
To exercise them, write to us at dlever@dlever.es stating which right you wish to exercise. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to prove it. We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es). If you live in Andorra, you may also contact the Andorran Data Protection Agency (Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades, www.apda.ad).
08Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access: the website is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the forms are protected against automated submissions, and access to the data received is limited to those who need it to assist you.
09Minors
This website is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If we find that we have received such data, we delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in the website's services. We will always publish the current version on this page.
