Process automation

For when the same work comes back every week or every close, always the same and always by hand. What changes is that those steps run on their own, with a log of every run and an alert when something fails.

00The need

Every operation has tasks that repeat every week or every close and that take no judgment: collecting information, checking it, putting it where it belongs and notifying whoever is next. Doing them by hand eats up the team's hours and depends on someone remembering.

Sounds familiar if…

  • Some tasks are done the same way every week
  • They depend on someone remembering to launch them
  • A missed step gives no warning: it gets noticed later

01The problem

Work that comes back every week or every close, always the same and always by hand.

TodayWith the Solution
  1. Who launches itSomeone, when they remember
  2. The timeHours every week, always the same
  3. If something failsA missed step gives no warning: it gets noticed later
  4. What's leftNothing but the result
  1. Who launches itIt launches itself, when it's due
  2. The timeOnly what it takes to review what needs it
  3. If something failsThe flow alerts you on the spot
  4. What's leftA log of every run

Key idea

If a step takes no judgment, it shouldn't take time.

02The architecture

First, the process is put in order. Then we choose where it runs and build the flow, planning from day one for the day it fails.

  1. Put the process in order

Which steps run on their own and which a person still decides.

    ServiceProcess design

  2. Choose where it runs

Power Automate if the process stays within Microsoft 365, and n8n if it crosses outside systems or the volume calls for it.

    ServiceAutomation

  3. Build the flow

With its error flow configured from the start: a failure raises an alert and doesn't go unnoticed.

    ServiceAutomation

  4. Run tracking

Every run is logged: what was done, when and with what result, in plain view.

    ServiceAutomation

Key idea

A flow on a disorganized process only makes the disorder faster.

03What every flow includes

Three things required of every flow, whether it's built on Power Automate or on n8n.

  • Trigger

    It launches itself

On schedule or when whatever sets it off arrives: nobody has to remember.

  • Error flow

    If it fails, it alerts

Every flow has its error flow configured: a failure raises an alert, retries and doesn't go unnoticed.

  • Run log

    Every run, logged

What was done, when and with what result, without having to piece it together by hand.

Key idea

Working on delivery day isn't enough: when it fails, you have to know.

04The result

The person stops carrying out steps and turns to what actually takes judgment.

What used to be repeated by hand now runs on its own, and when something fails, it alerts you.

What you get

  • The process, put in orderWhich steps run on their own and which a person still decides, in writing.
  • The flows up and runningOn Power Automate or n8n, depending on where the process lives.
  • Error handlingEvery flow with its error flow: if something fails, it alerts you.
  • Run trackingA log of every run, so you know at all times what has been done and what has failed.

05How to engage

The same automation, in the model that suits you: with your team, in your environment or in ours.

Agreed scopeBefore we start
  1. We adapt it to your case and put it into production

Key idea

The architecture is the same, and you decide who runs it.

First step

We come to your offices to learn about your case

No cost, no commitment, and no catalog presentation. We see the process where it happens and talk with the people who run it. You come away with a reading of your situation and a first prioritization.
